Working in aerospace industry, my main role was to make chemical milling for Embraer.

Working in the Aerospace industry, my main roles were to make cadmium platting, zinc platting and Phosphate platting.

Business field of the company: Civil aviation component parts. My main responsibility was to maintain within the set parameters the bath of the special processes line in order to ensure the parts processing capacity.

Company business field: Printing. After working for this company, I obtained the supervisor position and became actively involved in learning about all the installations of the company. At that time there wasn't anyone in the company to teach us about this so we had to learn everything by ourselves.

• Working with a flexographic machine with 6 colours to make packaging materials for food and other types of products.
• Manufactured BOPP, PP (cast), PE, PA and paper laminate.
• Together with a group of 6 people managed to satisfy all the orders from local partners: Agricola International, Pambac and others.
• Manufacturing process was focused mainly on manufacturing laminate for food stuff, printed bags for food: bread, pastry products, sacks, etc.

RESEARCHER CHEMIST at S.C. ROWEX SRL. (2003-01 – 2005-01)

Company business field: OFF-SET PRINTING HOUSE. One of the first companies in the country to produce metallized paper, metallized foil, self-adhesive paper, self-adhesive labels and self-adhesive foil, also made off-set printed labels. My responsibility was to make varnishes for paper for the high vacuum metallizing. Kept in touch with representatives of companies in the field (BASF, DEGUSSA, ROHM AND HAAS) to perform practical tests both at laboratory and industrial level.

• Set up the paper varnishing installation together with a team of electricians and mechanics; first tests conducted successfully.
• Set up the system for self-adhesive paper and hot stamping foil.
• Accomplished vast research and practical applications (tests) over a period of two years.
• Research mainly consisted of translating patents and putting them into practice.
• Performed practical tests in the laboratory as the only chemist within the company.

Company business field: The company performs its activity within the "Conex" companies group in the industry of varnishes and paints in Iasi. Manufacturer of industrial and domestic use paints, auto cosmetics, thinners and putties. Had the position of chief of installation performing daily syntheses with alkyd, fat, average, weak resins, with soy oil and fat acids. Also held the same position for the installation for washable paints. In charge of a team of 5 people at the "Synthetic resins" department.

Department: Production. Company business field: Production of varnishes and paints, epoxy flooring adhesives, thinners. Took the position of chemist engineer at the "Synthetic resins" department, which had just been set up. Was experienced in producing synthetic resins. Together with a team of engineers, AMC specialists and mechanics started the synthesis reactor and obtained the first charge of fat alkyd resin from Metalbac & Farbe Company.

• Supervised and controlled organic synthesis to obtain a charge of resin for industrial and auto paints.
• Responsible for training people regarding labor protection and fire prevention and extinction.
