We are seeking a highly capable Mid–Senior Angular Developer to join our engineering team. This role is suited for someone with deep expertise in modern Angular (latest versions), strong performance optimisation skills, and experience working within large-scale, complex codebases. You will play a critical role in building and maintaining high-performance, scalable front-end applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using the latest versions of Angular and its modern feature set (standalone components, signals, advanced RxJS patterns, etc.)
• Architect and implement performant, scalable UI solutions with a strong focus on optimisation and responsiveness
• Work within a large, complex monorepo environment, managing dependencies, resolving merge conflicts, and maintaining code integrity
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs efficiently and support server-side rendering (SSR) implementations
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the application (runtime, rendering, bundle size, etc.)
• Contribute to code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices
• Troubleshoot complex production issues in a structured and efficient manner Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular (latest versions) and its evolving ecosystem
• Deep understanding of Angular architecture, change detection strategies, and state management patterns
• Proven experience in front-end performance optimisation (e.g., lazy loading, code splitting, rendering optimisation)
• Experience working in large monorepos (e.g., Nx, Lerna, Turborepo) and handling associated challenges like merge conflicts and dependency management
• Solid experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) (e.g., Angular Universal)
• Proficiency in TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS/SCSS
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming patterns
• Experience with version control systems (Git) in collaborative environments Preferred Experience:
• Experience in gaming or sports betting platforms (highly desirable)
• Exposure to real-time data handling and high-frequency UI updates
• Familiarity with micro-frontend architectures
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks Soft Skills:
