To support this mission, we’re looking for a

• *Fullstack Software Engineer (Java/Angular)**

who enjoys solving meaningful problems and wants to grow together with a strong, collaborative engineering community.

• *Responsibilities**

As a Fullstack Software Engineer at Nortal, you will

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable fullstack solutions using Java (Spring) on the backend and Angular on the frontend
• Work closely with globally distributed, cross-functional teams in an agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment
• Translate business needs into high-quality technical solutions and articulate their business value
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation, APIs, and user stories
• Analyze end-to-end system flows and contribute to architectural and technical decisions
• Identify and troubleshoot performance issues in distributed systems
• Contribute to improving development practices, tooling, CI/CD, and DevSecOps processes
• Take ownership of your work while actively collaborating and sharing knowledge with others
• *Qualifications**

We’re looking for anengineer with

• *4+ years of professional experience**

(more is welcome!) who brings solid technical foundations and curiosity to grow further.

• *Required Skills & Experience
• Strong experience with Java / Spring and JavaScript / TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with Angular (experience with React or Vue.js is a plus)
• Experience with cloud-native development (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Experience building user-facing features
• Good understanding of relational databases (SQL) and familiarity with NoSQL concepts and trade-offs
• Experience using Git and working in collaborative codebases
• Solid understanding of different programming paradigms (OOP, functional, imperative, declarative)
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of Node.js
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
• Experience with performance, security, and automated testing
