I’m a Customer Success professional transitioning into Product Operations, with a strong focus on improving onboarding, processes, and overall user experience.
I work closely with customers to understand their challenges and identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce friction, and improve adoption. This experience naturally led me toward working more with data, systems, and automation. I’m currently learning SQL and applying it to analyze user behavior and better understand where users drop off during onboarding. I’m also exploring how APIs and AI can be used to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
I’m particularly interested in roles where I can bridge customer needs with product and technical solutions — focusing less on reactive support and more on building scalable, data-driven improvements.
