Ivan Savić

As a Mechanical Engineer I have the technical competence to develop new product and design with collaboration with other multifunctional development team in coordination design, realise for mass manufacturing mechanical parts for R&D.

My work experience extend to more of 20 years within mechanical development (gearbox design, mechanical system design for testing products, DFMEA, participate in design of complex machines for electronic and component testing, design mechanisms for automotive industry, project planning and preparation for realise product in mass production with customers approving (PPAP – Production Part Approval Process), design tools for machining (fixing mandrel for turning, fixing and Jig tools for milling), injection moulding, sheet metal processing (bending, welding, progressive stamping, metal punching), designing tools for assembling metal and plastic/rubber parts, defining tolerances and capability studies (MSA, SPC, Cpk).

Also, I am a team player with different roles, obligations and responsibilities (lead or member of teams) depending on positions and company.

There are some of my experiences (obligation and responsibilities):

• Responsibility for ensuring complete technical support for production needs.
• Management, direction, coordination and supervision of the work of technical sector units.
• Identification of technical needs as well as analysis of solutions and strategies for implementation of selected solutions.
• Coordination and synchronization of parts of production.
• Participation in defining investment and maintenance plans, negotiating and concluding contracts with subcontractors, as well as supervising their implementation.
• Budget planning and resource spending monitoring.
• Responsibility for securing material, technical and other resources for work, as well as their rational use.
• Responsibility for meeting legal regulations.
• Proposing and introducing measures to improve work organization.
• Cooperation with business partners on issues and problems of technical implementation of contracted works.
• Adoption and approval of operational plans.
• Analysis of achieved results.
• Monitoring and analysis of market trends and competition.
• Price analysis and calculation.
