I am a native Slovakian. English is also close to me because I studied it in elementary school, then in high school and after that at the IT Academy, where I obtained an Upperintermediate English Certificate and then a Business English Certificate.
I believe that my knowledge and experience in practice recommend me for engagement of Customer Service Rpresentative because in the positions where I worked as an Operator for support and assistance to clients for travel insurance, as well as in another company in the position of Consultant for the promotion and approach to the buyer of certain products, I received only praise and trust from both, the employer (in the form of a bonus) and from clients their satisfaction and gratitude.
Because I am communicative and like to help people, I have developed many talents through work. I also improved the skills of patience, understanding and solving seemingly difficult situations, as well as organizational skills... Since the cooperation took place with clients and partners from all over Europe, I successfully used advanced knowledge of English, Slovak and Serbian languages.
Long-term practice of graphic design and later completed studies at the department of web design, as well as painting. I have a refined taste for beauty and practicality in all spheres of life. Since I finished cooking in high school, that field and love for good food is my everyday life.
