Head of E-commerce | Little Earth Teak – Sustainable Teak Brand (Panama origin) 10/2025 – Present
Remote | US & Canada markets
- Lead end-to-end e-commerce for a vertically-integrated sustainable teak brand (forestry → manufacturing → DTC), owning strategy, technology, go-to-market, and operations.
- Architect and hands-on build a custom Shopify Hydrogen storefront in React and TypeScript: implemented Storefront API (GraphQL), Admin API OAuth via custom app, Customer Account API OAuth, metaobjects, custom routes (contact, FAQ, policies, account), and GitHub → Oxygen auto-deploy pipeline.
- Designed and orchestrated a carefully segmented CRM sequence in HubSpot to activate a 23,000+ contact warm list for Day 1 Kickstarter conversion, across 5 audience segments with tailored positioning, offer structures, and timing.
- Own pricing strategy and unit economics across hero products (benches, cutting boards, bundles, soap dishes), modeling COGS, margin, and full-container-load post-campaign economics.
- Direct the development agency, negotiate third-party vendor contracts, coordinate 3PL setup (Symbia), manage BackerKit post-campaign fulfillment, and oversee payment, shipping, and customer account integrations.
- Drive go-to-market breadth: brand identity and positioning, affiliate marketing program, multi-marketplace expansion (Shopify DTC, Amazon, Kickstarter), and competitive/category research using Keepa and Helium 10.
- Design product innovation features including React-based modular product configurators for custom builds and NFC-embedded tags linking physical products to digital sustainability certificates and care guides.
Product Manager – B2B Portal | Bosch Power Tools 01/2023 – Present
Belgrade, Serbia | 70+ global B2B portals on SAP Hybris | S/4HANA migration
- Own product strategy for catalog and search functionality across 70+ global B2B websites on SAP Hybris, serving Bosch authorized dealers and distribution partners.
- Revived a previously stalled successor material management initiative, designing a sustainable process to maintain replacement SKU mappings across the entire legacy catalog; recovered $10M+ in previously lost sales by restoring discovery paths from discontinued products to active successors.
- Stepped in as Interim Product Owner for 3 months (paternity-leave cover), managing a 20-person development team across 2 full sprints — including topics outside my core area — with full ownership of backlog prioritization, velocity planning, story writing, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder alignment; delivered the roadmap on plan.
- Executed Bosch Global initiatives on numerous occasions — product launches, brand refreshes and rebrandings, new-market rollouts, and the SAP S/4HANA migration — coordinating product, engineering, and local market teams to deliver on aggressive global timelines.
- Operate inside Bosch’s heavy inter-system architecture: repeatedly authored business requirements for new APIs and system interfaces between Hybris commerce, SAP S/4HANA (ERP), and PIM systems, translating dealer-facing needs into technical specifications that drive cross-system data flows for catalog, pricing, and account data.
- Drive systematic enforcement of complex B2B logic at scale — dealer-specific pricing, credit limit status, account status, market listing, export rights, and contractual product exclusivity — automated end-to-end across Hybris, S/4HANA, and PIM; at Bosch’s scale manual back-office operation is not viable, so every rule must be bulletproof to honor dealer contracts.
- Delivered a global PDP/PLP redesign and shipped AI-powered product recommendations across the portfolio.
- Operate as Product Owner for my areas in Agile/Scrum (JIRA) — writing user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting bug triage, maintaining documentation, coordinating integration and user acceptance testing, and hosting grooming and sprint-planning sessions — while leading distributed cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, local business units) across multiple time zones.
E-commerce Product Manager | Samsung Electronics Adriatic (SEAD) 09/2021 – 01/2023
Belgrade, Serbia | First DTC market entries for Samsung in Croatia & Slovenia
- Joined as one of the first hires on Samsung’s DTC launch team for Croatia and Slovenia (new DTC markets for the brand), helping build the operation from the ground up; grew to multi-million dollar annual revenue with peak sales days exceeding $1M (exact figures under NDA). Recognized as Employee of the Month across Samsung Europe.
- Established the operational backbone behind the DTC channel: outbound and returns warehouse setup, spare-parts and repairs integrations, customer care center and processes, and approval workflows for pricing and promotions.
- Delivered key consumer-facing features — trade-in-your-phone program, split payments (BNPL), multi-gateway payments (Adyen, WSPay), multi-store setup, and returns workflows — coordinating across Accenture (development), Finance, Legal, and Marketing in Agile/Scrum (JIRA).
- Ran continuous A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization across product pages, checkout, and merchandising; at Samsung’s scale even single-digit conversion improvements translated to millions in additional annual revenue.
- Executed major product launches including Samsung Flagship device releases; attended pre-launch “cleanrooms” and internalized the discipline of high-stakes launches for a premium global brand — strict adherence to brand guidelines, security policies, and launch procedures.
