I am a Master of Science in Engineering Technologist, in the field of food science. I got academic education at the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Technology in Serbia, established in 1959.

As a person with 17 years of experience in the field of food science and industry from process production, laboratory testing to implementation and quality control ISO standards (9001, 22000, 45001, 14001) and HACCP principles in the bakery and dairy industries.

Also, I have a lot of experience in field safety and health at work.

• Extended Managerial professional experience of more than 17 years in the bakery and dairy industry, for the leading Southeast Europe Food Companies - management of all aspects of food production, inventory maintenance, quality control, training, staffing, labor controls, food cost control
• Highly experienced in the management of complete food production, quality standards, and safety in one of the biggest regional food production facilities for the supply of Retail, HoReCa and Food Service Sales in the Republic of Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania, Russia, EU
• Trained and managed 350-450 employees and achieved significant improvements in their productivity
• Expert for implementation and independent preparation of documentation ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP Codex Alimentarius, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, as well as maintaining compliance to all HSE Legal Requirements
• Maintaining a high level of food safety culture and sanitation, which resulted in consistently good results during state inspections and audits of certification bodies
• Creation, implementation and control of the Rules of Procedure on quality, Plans and Programs of quality control and training of employees
