Facade Designer

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Facade Designer, located in Moscow City, Russia, with some flexibility for remote work.

The Facade

Designer will be responsible for creating and reviewing shop drawings, developing facade designs, and ensuring seamless integration of cladding and glazing systems. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver innovative and efficient facade solutions. Additional responsibilities include advising on material selection and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.

Qualifications

Proficiency in creating and detailing shop drawings

Strong expertise in facade design, including structural and aesthetic considerations

Knowledge of cladding systems and materials

Experience in glazing systems and their application in facade projects

Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Familiarity with relevant software tools used in facade design, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs

Understanding of building codes and standards related to facade systems

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
