Hi, I'm Ivan, the CEO. We are looking for an experienced back-end developer. What for?

1. To support our own projects 
2. And to work for our clients.

Requirements:

• You should know PHP
• You should have experience with high load (I mean high load websites, not working 20 hours a day)
• PostgreSQL, continuous integration and ability to wiggle ears are big pluses.

Other obligatory requirements:

• Somebody who is fun to be around. We like keep it fun and enjoy the company of earch other. Our enemies are large Word documents, blamestorming and complaining (which is a national sport both in Russia and Argentina where I live). These are our deadly sins.
• Those who can see the product as a whole 
• Those who see the challenges and solutions, not problems
• Those who can teach us something
• Those who appreciate the freedom.

Our Bill of Rights

• We could choose where to live be it Bali, Argentina or Italy. So, I left the office in 2008 living between Berlin, New York and Buenos Aires.
• Those of us who are over 5 years old are treated as adults and could spend money without asking permission.
• We are looking for remote workers not to save on salaries, but to find the best no matter where they live. 
• We don't blame and don't push. We don't think that people are born lazy and that we should scare shit out of them to make them working.
