Duties and responsibilities until november 2019:

Customer support, equipment maintenance and repair.
Full-stack (Robot/application programming, electrical servicing up to 1000V, mechanical servicing).
Commissioning supervision, integration, support of robotic systems on the customer side.
Prompt response to customer requests, maintaining reporting documentation.
Training of specialists in the direction of "Collaborative Robotics".
Above 70% time work out of office After november 2019 I was moved to the sales department as "Technical Sales Support". Area of responsibility has expanded:
Supporting difficult sale projects (equipment selection, determining problems that could occur during operation, helping in selection of periphery, modeling projects via Sim Pro/ Visual Components).
Leading personal sale projects (full cycle: finding customer, integrator, discussing possible technical issues and ways to solve them, making of the offer according to project, logging everything in SALESFORCE)
Creating webinars during lock down to keep focus of customers and integrators on our brand.
Updating product information for sales team, making lessons for sales team to keep level of technical knowledge high.
Making of presentations and working cells for exhibitions and customer/integrator events.
