- Starting with Raman spectroscopy I progressed to pump-probe technique doing my bachelor thesis. The topic of the work is “Spin-reorientation transition in magnetite”, which is based on the experimental studies using femtosecond laser. These findings were presented at a conference.

- I used magnetron sputtering to produce thin metal films on quartz substrates. A temperature of around 1000 degrees Celsius is used to anneal these samples in the furnace. The result is the spinel-structured IR reflective coating. I had the responsibility of providing such experiments with high accuracy and optimizing the parameters of the process. The results are published.

- Basing on the classic nucleation theory, I worked on models of the growth of GaAs and GaP nanowires during my masters studies in 2019-2021. I created the physical model with my scientific header in the year. Then we studied the elastic properties of the SiC/Si hybrid structures using finite element analysis of the porous silicon structure.
Results were presented at the two conferences and in three papers. At the end of my studies, I began my PhD course in the field of SiC growth on Si substrates. The group is interested in the usage of the hybrid SiC/Si substrates for telecommunication and other devices.
Today we work on the paper describing the stress change in the SiC/Si structures during synthesis.
