• Precise clipping path (background removal) of images with small detail preservation (hair, transparent elements, shadows), image preparation for websites, marketing platforms, catalogs and advertisements, photo processing in Adobe Photoshop, color correction, brightness, contrast and quality of images, image processing on transparent or single-tone background according to customer requirements.
• Mass photo processing in compliance with deadlines&quality standards, object shading, image analysis for defects and errors after processing, file optimization for publication on websites&marketplaces.
• Archiving&organizing of processed images, uploading materials to the website.

• Advising customers via online chat about the company's products&services, quickly resolving user questions, complaints and cases, assisting customers with placing orders, registering, paying for and using the service.
• Helping to track customers parcels (1C), transfer of complex requests to specialist departments (JIRA), conduct dialogue in accordance with company regulations and service standards.
• Log tickets&cases, record outcomes&results via CRM system, track interactions with customer, monitor customer satisfaction and maintain high service level.
• Work with data base and update information on common questions, compliance with established KPIs: response speed, quality of service, level of customer satisfaction.
