Humbled
Ian Weinberg

Connie presented to me in 1998 with a hopeless medical diagnosis of several brain and lung tumors, metastatic melanoma’s. She had by all accounts only a six to eight week prognosis. I managed to remove one of the brain tumors but relied on radiotherapy and chemotherapy in a desperate attempt to reduce the other tumors. We knew however that the success of these modalities of treatment was very low and that the probability of survival would not be more than three to six months.
Connie however became very receptive to my earlier immune-enhancing cognitive application with the result that we achieved almost a miraculous remission, way past the effectiveness of the conventional expectations. Connie in fact became free of all visible tumors at nine months.
Unfortunately she succumbed two and a half years later, having not been able to resolve deep-seated emotional conflict that gave rise to a terminal hopeless-helpless mind state. Dramatically, on throwing in the towel, Connie broke out in visible, multiple tumors all over her body – a final endorsement of the mind-immune connection.
Here then is the link to the video clip which appeared on national TV in 1998. It is a tribute to the memory of Connie who contributed so much value to our understanding of the mind-immune connection, psychoneuro-immunology (PNI). This eventually lead to the development of my NeuroSurge application.
