We are seeking an experienced Application Architect with 8+ years of experience in application, solution, or enterprise architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performing application architectures, ensuring alignment with business capabilities, and supporting digital transformation initiatives, particularly within banking or financial services environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain enterprise application architecture standards and target architectures.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing application architectures.
- Guide development teams on architecture best practices and design patterns.
- Ensure effective integration between enterprise applications and platforms.
- Ensure alignment between business capabilities and application landscape.
- Support modernization initiatives and digital transformation programs.
- Govern application lifecycle and ensure architecture compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in application, solution, or enterprise architecture.
- Strong experience in application architecture within banking or financial services.
- Mandatory knowledge of TOGAF framework.
- Expertise in application architecture design, microservices & API architecture, integration architecture, application portfolio management, and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Experience with Bizzdesign or similar architecture tools.
- Familiarity with BIAN banking architecture framework.
