We are currently seeking a motivated Receptionist Trainee to join our Misk Schools Team.
Develop expertise in V-VIP reception protocols and professional communication, ensuring a premium and welcoming environment that reflects our school's excellence.
Gain hands-on experience with school management systems (iSAMS & Noor), manage attendance data, and support faculty/parent scheduling.
Collaborate with Security for student arrivals/dismissals and partner with Facility Management to maintain the excellence of our public areas
Learn emergency evacuation protocols and provide administrative assistance to the school health office.
Saudi Final-year university student (Co-op training must be a graduation requirement).
Major of Tourism, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Arabic & Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Initiative, problem-solving, and a mindset for teamwork.
High level of professionalism and accountability.
