Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Muscat for a Creative Art Director.

The Creative Art

Director will be responsible for leading and supervising the creative vision across various projects, overseeing branding initiatives, and designing compelling visuals and graphics.

Responsibilities include developing creative strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring effective execution of artistic concepts. The role will also involve mentoring team members to achieve exceptional creative outcomes and maintain alignment with project objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Creative Direction and Art Direction to guide and shape the overall vision of projects
• Experience in Branding and Creative Strategy to develop and implement impactful brand concepts
• Strong expertise in Graphics and visual design to create appealing and effective materials
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire creative teams
• Excellent organizational, communication, and storytelling skills
• Proficiency in design tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in marketing, advertising, or a related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field
