Role OverviewWe are hiring Senior (10+ years) and Expert (15+ years) Data Modelers to support a strategic banking data transformation program.

The role focuses on designing and implementing a Gold-layer enterprise data model for banking and lending domains, aligned with regulatory and operational requirements.

Contract:

Yearly renewable

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate industry-standard banking & lending data models and assess suitability for the Gold data layer.

Create a scoring and assessment framework covering cost, customization, coverage, timelines, and regulatory fit.

Design and build the Gold data model, customized to business requirements.

Integrate the Gold model with existing Bronze and Silver layers and pipelines.

Develop a phased adoption and integration plan.

Produce key modeling artifacts:

ERDs, DDLs, attribute dictionaries, semantic definitions.

Use ERwin (mandatory) for data modeling and artifact generation.

Define and execute test cases to validate model coverage and quality.

Ensure models meet performance, security, maintainability, and operational standards.

Support knowledge transfer and post-delivery technical support.

Gold-layer data model (ERDs, DDLs, ERwin files)

Attribute dictionary & semantic definitions

Integration roadmap and test results

Knowledge transfer documentation

Experience Required

Senior Data Modeler: 10+ years of data modeling experience (banking/financial services preferred)

Expert Data Modeler: 15+ years of enterprise data modeling experience

Strong banking & lending domain expertise

Hands-on experience with ERwin Data Modeler
