FNRCOProvide administrative document control and procurement support to the SRE commercial function, including PR creation as instructed, structured archiving, and records maintenance.
Create purchase requisitions (PRs) strictly per instructions from SRE;
track through approval to PO issuance; maintain PR/PO logs.
Documentation & Archiving:
Maintain structured digital and physical archives for contracts,
leases, service agreements, PRs/POs, invoices/bills, compliance certificates, warranties, and asset/AMC documents; ensure version control and retrieval on request.
Email & Record Capture:
Be copied on relevant communications; systematically file all incoming documents and correspondence; ensure nothing is unarchived.
Maintain tracker for expiries, notice periods, and renewals; alert
Commercial Head ahead of due dates (no negotiation or analysis).
Retrieve and provide documents for internal/external audits; ensure completeness and accuracy of files.
