Engineering Manager

You will be responsible for Understand the project s needs and objectives Effectively manage projects ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery Support the team in client interactions Analyze and design technical solutions Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions align with client requirements Oversee and ensure the quality of project deliverables Conduct data and process analyses to identify areas for improvement and optimization Provide technical guidance and advice to clients when necessary At least 2 years of experience as an Engineering Manager or similar roles coordinating and managing web projects strong Solid technical background as a software engineer strong ideally in web with Node js and React js Experience in Cloud and DevOps ideally with GCP Knowledge in GenAI RAG agents etc Proven experience strong managing teams of 10 people strong Strong knowledge of architectures best practices testing etc Ability to handle and understand detailed technical documentation Analytical and consultative skills to provide technical solutions Adherence to Agile principles to deliver value to clients Conflict resolution skills and the ability to identify potential risks strong Fluent English and Arabic MANDATORY strong Team player Salary determined by the market and your experience Flexible schedule 35 Hours Week Fully remote work optional Birthday day off Plain Camp annual team-building event The pleasure of always working with the latest technological tools br gt At least 2 years of experience as an Engineering Manager or similar roles, coordinating and managing web projects. Strong knowledge of architectures, best practices, testing,etc. Ability to handle and understand detailed technical documentation. Analytical and consultative skills to provide technical solutions. Adherence to Agile principles to deliver value to clients.

Conflict resolution skills and the ability to identify potential risks.
