Convergint𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐒𝐔𝐌𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐘As an Engineering Support – Maintenance, you will manage maintenance operations, coordinate technical teams, handle after-sales support, prepare proposals, and ensure high service standards to support key accounts and drive revenue growth.
𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒, 𝐒𝐊𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐒 & 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or IT.
3–4 years' experience in operations, maintenance, or after-sales support (IT security/engineering preferred).
Familiarity with the UAE market and operational practices.
Strong key account management and customer service skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination.
Proficient in computers and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Detail-oriented with strong planning and organizational abilities.
Able to manage multiple tasks and coordinate cross-functional teams.
𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒:
Act as the first point of contact for after-sales maintenance support and logged service cases.
Prepare maintenance quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients.
Plan and deploy manpower for maintenance activities, including scope, timelines, and site coordination.
Conduct and arrange site visits prior to job execution.
Monitor work order progress and ensure timely completion by technical teams.
Coordinate procurement, suppliers, freight forwarders, and work permits for maintenance activities.
Maintain daily updates in Salesforce and prepare monthly performance reports.
Support junior team members and collaborate with internal departments.
Attend client meetings and support tender preparation and submissions.
Manage key accounts and contribute to departmental revenue targets
