Facilities Engineer

To ensure efficient facility operations, maintain high service and safety standards, and support the continuous improvement of maintenance and facility performance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance activities.
• Monitor MEP systems and ensure efficient performance.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and operational standards.
• Respond to facility issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Monitor maintenance schedules, work orders, and service reports.
• Support cost control and efficient utilization of resources.
• Ensure a safe, reliable, and high-quality environment for guests, tenants, and employees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of MEP systems and facility operations.
• 3+ years of experience in facilities engineering and maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with contractors and service providers.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of HSE and quality standards.
