Full Stack Developer (React / Expo / Next.js) – Remote

Wesam is a mobile-first platform designed to transform how companies motivate their employees. Instead of traditional commission reports, Wesam gives employees real-time visibility into their sales performance, incentives, leaderboards, and rewards through a modern mobile and web experience.

Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to work remotely with us on building the platform. The developer will be responsible for implementing core features across the mobile app, web dashboard, and backend services.

Requirements

• Strong experience with React and TypeScript
• Experience with Next.js
• Experience with React Native or Expo
• Experience working with Supabase or similar backend platforms
• Good understanding of modern SaaS architecture
• Experience working with Git and collaborative development workflows

Additional Requirements

• Comfortable working in a remote environment
• Adept at using AI development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Copilot, or similar tools to improve productivity

Nice to Have

• Experience building SaaS products
• Experience with monorepos or Turborepo
• Experience building mobile-first applications
