Full-Stack Web Developer

Role Description

We are looking for a highly capable Full-Stack Web Developer to lead the development of a modern business platform and internal operations system.

This is an on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and production-grade web applications. The selected candidate will work on dashboards, structured workflows, user access management, document handling, backend processes, database architecture, API development, and cloud-ready deployment.

This role requires someone who can think beyond frontend development and contribute to system architecture, scalability, security, and long-term platform development.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in React / Next.js or similar frontend frameworks
• Backend development experience using Node.js, Python, or equivalent technologies
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar databases
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend workflows
• Experience with authentication, permissions, and role-based access control
• Familiarity with file upload, document handling, and data management
• Git/GitHub workflow and version control experience
• Understanding of hosting, server, cloud, and deployment environments
• Google Cloud experience is preferred
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and code optimization skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with internal stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in insurance, fintech, SaaS, ERP, CRM, or business platforms is a plus
