Full-Stack Web Developer

Role Description We are looking for a highly capable Full-Stack Web Developer to lead the development of a modern business platform and internal operations system. This is an on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and production-grade web applications.

The selected candidate will work on dashboards, structured workflows, user access management, document handling, backend processes, database architecture, API development, and cloud-ready deployment. This role requires someone who can think beyond frontend development and contribute to system architecture, scalability, security, and long-term platform development.

Qualifications Strong experience in React / Next.js or similar frontend frameworks

Backend development experience using Node.js, Python, or equivalent technologies

Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar databases

Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend workflows

Experience with authentication, permissions, and role-based access control

Familiarity with file upload, document handling, and data management

Git/GitHub workflow and version control experience

Understanding of hosting, server, cloud, and deployment environments

Google Cloud experience is preferred

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and code optimization skills

Ability to work on-site and collaborate with internal stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
