Learning Program Builder - Intern

We’re not looking for someone to manage an existing program. We’re looking for someone to help us build one.

Hunters Academy by Trivers is a new professional learning ecosystem being built to develop the next generation of Recruiters, Talent Advisors, and Talent Acquisition Leaders.

As we prepare to launch, we’re looking for a Program Builder Intern to work closely with the founding team and help turn our learning vision into a structured, scalable Academy experience.

What You’ll Build

🎓 Learning Journeys & Programs

You will help us

• Structure and organize the Academy's programs and curriculum.
• Build clear learning journeys across different capability levels.
• Organize learning materials, modules, exercises, cases and practical tools.
• Ensure consistency and progression between Academy levels.
• Coordinate the development and readiness of learning content.
• Help turn Trivers recruitment methodologies into structured learning experiences.

🧭 Assessment & Level Mapping

One of your first projects will be helping us build the Hunters Academy Initial Assessment.

You will support

• Assessment structure and question design.
• Competency and capability mapping.
• Scenario-based assessments.
• Scoring methodology.
• Participant profiling.
• Mapping participants to the appropriate Academy level.
• Identifying individual learning gaps and development priorities.

The goal is simple

Put the right learner on the right journey.

👥 Cohort Management

You will help run the learner journey from registration through completion, including:

• Trainee registration and onboarding.
• Cohort planning.
• Program calendars and agendas.
• Session scheduling.
• Participant communication.
• Learning-material coordination.
• Attendance tracking.
• Assignment and assessment tracking.
• Learner progress monitoring.
• Certification administration.

We want to continuously improve the Academy based on evidence.

You will help us track:

• Registration and conversion.
• Attendance.
• Engagement.
• Assessment performance.
• Completion.
• Learner feedback.
• Cohort performance.
• Learning outcomes.

And help turn those insights into improvements for future cohorts.
