Esnad Co. Ltd. is looking for a qualified and experienced Network & IT Support Engineer to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure and IT systems.
• Troubleshoot network, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support to end users.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability.
• Maintain IT equipment, security standards, and technical documentation.
• Support daily IT operations across company locations.

Required Technical Skills:

• LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, Routing & Switching.
• Routers, Switches, Firewalls & Wireless Access Points.
• Point-to-Point (PtP) and Microwave Wireless Links.
• Windows Server, Active Directory & Microsoft 365.
• Grandstream PBX, IP Phones & VoIP.
• VPN, Network Security & IT Troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant hands-on experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• CCNA, CompTIA Network , or Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
