strong Key Responsibilities strong Spearhead development integration and maintenance of SAHAB ERP across all modules functional and technical Plan and recommend future ERP enhancements in coordination with stakeholders Collaborate with business process owners to develop and integrate business process blueprints into the ERP system Identify system fits and gaps and propose effective solutions Gather and analyze business requirements develop workflow charts system diagrams and technical specifications Design test and deploy innovative solutions using ERP development tools within and outside LN environment Maintain review test and troubleshoot developed systems in production environments Prepare and manage ERP infrastructure requirements Perform database management tasks including SQL development and optimization Monitor project progress resolve issues and provide status reports with actionable recommendations Maintain and update system documentation procedures and technical protocols Ensure data security through best practices in database administration and authorization management Provide ERP application and process support to internal stakeholders Design and modify applications based on business needs Participate in the development of ERP system designs and prototypes Evaluate ERP integration effectiveness and report regularly to the Director IT Services Support and resolve Help Desk issues related to ERP and IT systems Position IT as a service-oriented function focused on internal and external customer satisfaction Stay updated on emerging ERP technologies and industry best practices strong End-User Support amp Training strong Educate business process owners on ERP integration migration and system capabilities Deliver user training programs and provide ongoing functional support Troubleshoot end-user issues during and after ERP migration in a timely and professional manner Interface with end-users to identify improvement opportunities and enhance ERP utilization efficiency and effectiveness strong Qualifications strong strong Education amp Certifications strong Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field Professional certifications e g Oracle SaaS ERP or equivalent preferred strong Experience strong Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP development and implementation Experience in Business Analysis is required strong Technical Competencies strong Strong understanding of ERP systems and enterprise business processes Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics Odoo or similar Proficiency in programming languages such as Java C or Python Strong SQL and database management expertise Experience with Jira and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of ERP integration customization and migration processes Education &

Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP development and implementation.

Experience in Business Analysis is required.

Technical Competencies

Strong understanding of ERP systems and enterprise business processes.

Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. Strong SQL and database management expertise.

Experience with Jira and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of ERP integration, customization, and migration processes.
