Odoo / Python Developer

We are looking for a skilled Odoo / Python Developer to design, develop, and optimize ERP solutions aligned with business needs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Odoo customization, backend development using Python, and ERP integrations.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions, enhance system performance, and support business operations through efficient ERP implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules
• Design and implement Python-based backend solutions
• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems using APIs
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Customize workflows, reports, and dashboards within Odoo
• Perform debugging, testing, and deployment of ERP applications
• Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases
• Ensure smooth ERP migration, upgrades, and version control-
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve system efficiency and usability
• Maintain technical documentation and system architecture

Required Skills &

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3 years of experience in Odoo development
• Strong proficiency in Python programming
• Hands-on experience with Odoo framework (modules, ORM, workflows)
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL / SQL
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
• Familiarity with Git, JIRA, and Agile methodologies
• Understanding of ERP concepts and business processes

Nice to Have

• Experience with other ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.)
• Experience with cloud platforms or deployments
• Exposure to data migration and ERP implementation projects
