We are looking for a skilled Odoo / Python Developer to design, develop, and optimize ERP solutions aligned with business needs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Odoo customization, backend development using Python, and ERP integrations.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions, enhance system performance, and support business operations through efficient ERP implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules
- Design and implement Python-based backend solutions
- Integrate Odoo with third-party systems using APIs
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Customize workflows, reports, and dashboards within Odoo
- Perform debugging, testing, and deployment of ERP applications
- Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases
- Ensure smooth ERP migration, upgrades, and version control
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve system efficiency and usability
- Maintain technical documentation and system architecture
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3 years of experience in Odoo development
- Strong proficiency in Python programming
- Hands-on experience with Odoo framework (modules, ORM, workflows)
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL / SQL
- Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
- Familiarity with Git, JIRA, and Agile methodologies
- Understanding of ERP concepts and business processes
Nice to Have
- Experience with other ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.)
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with cloud platforms or deployments
- Exposure to data migration and ERP implementation projects
