Odoo / Python Developer

We are looking for a skilled Odoo / Python Developer to design, develop, and optimize ERP solutions aligned with business needs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Odoo customization, backend development using Python, and ERP integrations.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions, enhance system performance, and support business operations through efficient ERP implementation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules
2. Design and implement Python-based backend solutions
3. Integrate Odoo with third-party systems using APIs
4. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
5. Customize workflows, reports, and dashboards within Odoo
6. Perform debugging, testing, and deployment of ERP applications
7. Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases
8. Ensure smooth ERP migration, upgrades, and version control
9. Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions
10. Collaborate with stakeholders to improve system efficiency and usability
11. Maintain technical documentation and system architecture

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
2. 3 years of experience in Odoo development
3. Strong proficiency in Python programming
4. Hands-on experience with Odoo framework (modules, ORM, workflows)
5. Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL / SQL
6. Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
7. Familiarity with Git, JIRA, and Agile methodologies
8. Understanding of ERP concepts and business processes

Nice to Have

1. Experience with other ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.)
2. Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
3. Experience with cloud platforms or deployments
4. Exposure to data migration and ERP implementation projects
