Procurement Accountant

We are looking for a Procurement Accountant to join our growing team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement-related accounting transactions, supplier reconciliations, cost tracking, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records for residential villa construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process purchase orders, supplier invoices, and payment requests
• Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Record procurement transactions and maintain accurate accounting records
• Monitor project material costs and cost centers
• Ensure VAT compliance and support month-end closing activities
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and project teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably within construction/contracting companies
• Strong understanding of procurement accounting and cost control
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities
