Brief Scope of Work Provision of project management services to oversee planning execution stakeholder coordination issue resolution benefit tracking and reporting across digital projects including but not limited to Contractual amp Administrative Management Monitoring contractor obligations and compliance with contract terms Tracking timelines and milestones Applying penalty mechanisms Managing change requests and scope adjustmentsCoordination amp Communication Coordinating meetings between contractors and SMEs Ensuring effective stakeholder communication Managing official correspondence and documentation Facilitating approvals and permitsFinancial Management Invoicing amp Reporting Reviewing invoices against completed work Coordinating technical approvals Tracking payment cycles Monitoring budget utilization Preparing financial and progress reportsArchiving amp Documentation Maintaining contractual documentation Recording decisions and changes Preparing final project files Archiving lessons learnedRequirementsSaudi nationalityMinimum PMP certificationMinimum 2 years of experience in one of the above-mentioned rolesEducation background in IT MIS or Computer Science Not found
