Project Manager

AJDAN is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of a large scale development in Dammam, including residential, retail, and other development components.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the project from planning through construction and handover
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor project schedule, budget, quality, risks, and milestones
• Ensure delivery in line with approved designs, specifications, and project requirements
• Manage project progress, reporting, and key delivery issues

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Strong experience in residential, large scale real estate developments
• Real estate developer experience is preferred
