Role Overview:

The Project Manager should have extensive experience in managing major roads, bridges, and infrastructure projects within a PMC and construction supervision scope. They must demonstrate strong capabilities in contract administration, claims management, risk management, quality, and commercial control , with a proven track record of leading contractors toward compliance and timely project delivery .

Responsibilities:

• A solid background in roads and infrastructure projects , including bridges , with direct involvement in design and construction phases.
• Demonstrated experience in Project Management and Construction supervision roles, overseeing project delivery from planning through to completion.
• Proven ability to manage and monitor contractor performance , ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and contractual requirements.
• Strong knowledge and experience in commercial and contract control .
• Practical skills in handling situations, including escalation protocols and contractual enforcement.
• Familiarity with various contract types , and an understanding of their application in infrastructure projects.
• Hands‑on experience in claims management , including reviewing, administering, negotiating, and closing claims effectively.
• A structured approach to project reporting , with experience organizing and leading meetings, ensuring transparency and alignment across all stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Over 20 years’ experience, including 12+ years as Project Director/Manager, with a degree and membership in a chartered institution.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using project management and reporting tools.
