Lead the full project lifecycle initiation planning execution monitoring amp controlling and closure Define project scope objectives deliverables timelines and KPIs Develop and manage detailed project schedules budgets and resource plans Engage and manage stakeholders including enterprise and government entities within KSA Ensure compliance with local laws regulatory requirements governance frameworks and contractual obligations Identify assess and mitigate project risks proactively Manage vendors consultants and subcontractors as required Monitor financial performance and ensure project delivery within the approved budget Prepare executive reports and provide updates to steering committees and senior management Manage change requests including impact analysis on scope cost and timelines Ensure proper documentation knowledge transfer and smooth project closure Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of hands-on project management experience. Demonstrated experience delivering projects within the KSA market.
Valid PMP certification (mandatory). Strong understanding of project governance, contract management, and compliance standards in KSA.
Experience working with enterprise and/or government entities is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
