About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Product Manager to join our dynamic team at Mindrift. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the development and enhancement of our digital mental health products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and clinical experts, to define product vision, develop strategic roadmaps, and ensure the successful delivery of features that meet user needs and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management within the digital health or technology sectors, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving mental health through innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Psychology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in product management, preferably within digital health, healthcare, or technology industries.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and agile development methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Experience with data analysis and interpreting user feedback to inform product decisions.
• Familiarity with regulatory considerations in healthcare and digital therapeutics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, clinical, and marketing teams to develop product features and enhancements.
• Prioritize product backlog and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Coordinate testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance processes to maintain high product standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and guide future development efforts.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to mental health solutions.
• Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and executive leadership regularly.
