Quality Controller

Role Description The Quality Controller position at Wooden Coffee is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Quality Controller monitors quality across the company’s branches, conducts routine inspections, and documents findings in accordance with company standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting raw materials and finished products at the branches, identifying non-conformities, and working with the Operations and Production teams to address quality issues.

The Quality

Controller also supports the implementation of quality policies, assists with internal audits, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves coordinating with team members to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene requirements and providing feedback to help improve workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to monitor, assess, and maintain product standards.
• Experience in Quality Management, including applying policies, procedures, and continuous improvement practices.
• Practical auditing experience, with the ability to conduct internal inspections and document compliance with quality requirements.
• Ability to train team members and new hires on quality procedures and best practices.
• Experience in the food, beverage, or manufacturing sectors is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
