Sales Agent

Sales Agent GymNation: To deliver against new member acquisition targets issued by central support to ensure membership growth whilst delivering exceptional customer service to aid in member retention and new member referrals through effective networking and relationship building.

The Role: To deliver and exceed membership mix targets issued by central support.

To deliver and exceed all sales KPI’s set by central support. Responsible for the management of sales mix and yield management. Responsible for prospect management within the company’s sales system following the guidelines set by central support.

Responsible for participating in the creation and implementation of effective club marketing planners to maximize incoming prospect enquiries and footfall. To source and build corporate relations to gain partnerships. Performing reception duties during peak trading hours or when required by the General Manager.

To deliver outstanding levels of customer service through constant member engagement, To drive and maximize secondary/ancillary revenue. Ensure that all policies and procedures in both the Health and Safety Employee Handbook and Company Procedures Handbook are adhered to.

Responsible for adhering to and maintaining the GymNation Brand Standard. To always be an ambassador of GymNation.

The Candidate: Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Should be charismatic with confidence to approach prospects with the view of building relationships resulting in sales and referrals. Must have the ability to take initiative and work independently.

Must be comfortable working in a supportive competitive environment.

Must have brilliant organizational skills and be proficient in using online sales software. A history of sales in the health & fitness industry is not required.
