Role Description

We are looking for a Software Engineer who cares about engineering quality, ownership,

and building reliable production systems. Years of experience are not a deciding factor. We care more about how you think, the quality of your work, and your ability to solve real engineering problems.

What we expect

• Strong Java fundamentals and hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
• Strong PostgreSQL experience, including SQL, data modeling, transactions,
• indexing, and query performance.
• Experience designing and building REST APIs.
• Understanding of transactions, concurrency, retries, idempotency, and failure
• handling.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Experience with unit and integration testing.
• Ability to debug production issues systematically.
• Understanding of distributed systems fundamentals.
• Comfortable with Git, code reviews, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices.
• Ability to take ownership from design through production.
• Levaraging AI to the fullest extent without losing control
