About this Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled Support Solution Architect to lead technical ownership of Telco Core and Cloud solutions for strategic operator accounts. This role combines deep architectural expertise with operational leadership to ensure service stability, rapid issue resolution, and continuous solution improvement. The successful candidate will act as the primary technical authority for complex incidents, architectural escalations, and service optimization initiatives, ensuring SLA adherence and delivering long-term value to the operator.
What you will do: Act as the main technical interface for the operator across Core (Communication Services and User Data Management) and Cloud domains.
Lead and drive resolution of critical and complex network issues, driving structured root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
Provide architectural governance for incident, problem, and change management activities.
Ensure high availability, resiliency, and performance optimization of deployed solutions.
Support security reviews, major deployments, and emergency restorations.
Deliver technical workshops and advisory support to articulate solution value and improvement opportunities.
Drive EMEA wide customer support improvement initiatives.
Engage and technical support in critical cases, escalations and incidents across all EMEA customers when needed.
Participate in 24x7 escalation support rotation.
Join our Team The skills you bring: Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering
Min years of experience: 8+ Years of experience
Strong expertise in Telco Core (CS Core preferred) and Cloud-based telecom architectures.
Proven experience managing complex incidents in mission-critical operator networks.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, service-critical environments.
Deep understanding of IMS/VoLTE and User Data Management architecture
Hands on experience of Communication Services of:
IMS Domain: CSCF, MTAS, SBG/BGF
UDM domain 4G/5G Subscriber Data Management (CUDB, CCDM, CCSM), Front Ends including HSS, HLR, EIR-FE
Mobile Switching: MSC-S, M-MGW, STP/IP-STP
Troubleshooting of IMS/VoLTE call flows, SRVCC and CS Fallback procedure.
Mobile Call flows and Protocols understanding.
MAP, SCCP, SIP, Diameter and LDAP protocols troubleshooting
MOP preparation with impact analysis and execution.
Understanding of Cloud/Virtualization concepts and VNF/CNF Management
Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
Team Collaboration.
