•Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and daily schedule
•Prepare professional presentations, executive summaries, and reports
•Develop structured trackers and reports using Microsoft Excel
•Follow up on ongoing projects with internal teams and external partners
•Provide logistical coordination for executive engagements and booking arrangements when required
•Ensure smooth communication flow between the CEO and departments
•Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
Requirements
•Saudi National
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
•Minimum 3 years of experience in executive support or administrative coordination
•Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and presentation preparation
•Excellent organizational and communication skills
•Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
•Professional proficiency in Arabic and English
