We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Technical Lead & Engineering Manager to lead our existing development team and take technical ownership of our SaaS platforms and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and expand the existing software development team.
• Actively participate in coding, code reviews, debugging, and technical problem-solving.
• Oversee SaaS architecture, web platforms, mobile applications, and system integrations.
• Design and implement complex business workflows, approval processes, automation, and user permissions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development plans.
• Manage development priorities, timelines, quality, and software releases.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage remote developers and external engineering resources.
• Ensure system scalability, security, performance, and reliability.
• Oversee APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and deployment processes.
• Provide regular development progress reports to management.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• 2+ years of technical team leadership experience.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining SaaS products.
• Strong backend development expertise with knowledge of frontend and mobile architecture.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.
• Strong understanding of complex workflows, business logic, and role-based permissions.
• Experience managing distributed or remote development teams.
• Ability to contribute directly to coding and technical decisions.
• Strong English communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Technical Experience: Node.js, Python, Laravel, .NET, React, Next.js, Flutter, React Native, PostgreSQL, MySQL, AWS, Azure, or equivalent technologies.

Important: This is a hands-on technical leadership role, not a purely administrative or project management position.
