- Supervising the performance of maintenance operations, which consists of performing necessary periodic maintenance for all trucks and vehicles, including spare oils of all kinds, spare parts with specific lifespan, and other forms of periodic maintenance, while supervising the performance of external maintenance operations to address sudden breakdowns of trucks during the implementation of one of the tasks of the job
- Follow up on the renewal of driving licenses for vehicles from the Traffic Department
- Follow up on the renewal of vehicle operating licenses from the Ministry of Transport
- Follow up and end everything related to accidents
- Prepare and submit reports to the sales department supervising truck speed monitoring operations and drivers' compliance with driving instructions on the extent to which customers' needs are met through carrying out goods transportation tasks

- Preparing data on the entity's property, equipment, and facilities and their insurance values, and determining the entity's insurance needs in preparation for their implementation
- Studying, analyzing and comparing the offers of different insurance companies with the aim of choosing the most appropriate ones, making appropriate recommendations regarding them, and following up on their approval
- Preparing specialized documents and reports related to insurance, participating in their presentation and clarification, and working to save them in its database in accordance with approved policies and procedures
