• Delivered PM and CM for BMS across 39 stations — 25 stations on Line 1 and 14 stations on Line 2 — as part of one of the largest urban rail projects in the world.
• Held dedicated maintenance responsibility for KAFD Station (King Abdullah Financial District), executing BMS repairs and overhauls across the majority of its sub-systems including HVAC controls, fire alarms, access control, and electrical panels.
• Extended coverage to 3 train depots: North Depot & South Depot (Line 1) and East Depot (Line 2) performing full BMS inspections and control sequence testing at each.
• Coordinated with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure automation systems complied with project specifications and client requirements.
