Lab Technician ,Responsible for laboratory tasks including:

1/ Sampling and conduct testing plan.

2/ Microbiological analysis for Finished goods,Raw materials , water , ice,environmental testing for air and swabs.

3/ Manage stock and inventory of laboratory & coordinate with supplier to maintain stock .

4/ Familiar with lab techniques , microbiological criteria and lab instruments.

5/ Conduct shelf life testing.

• QA/QC inspector, Responsible for ;

1/ Ensures maintenance of good hygiene practices (GHP) at factory (personal hygiene /PPE’s/ process / products).

2/ Conduct food safety seminar/training for the staffs .

3/ Explain & implements quality policies & procedures on floor.

4/ Conduct in house GMP Inspection .

5/ Perform CCP monitoring, PPE’s checklist.

6/ Ensuring the process compliances ISO22000 & BRC standards (waste flow, hazard analysis,allergen and batch control).

7/ Assisting with auditing & prepare reports .
