• Preparation of contractual documents such as letters, contract change orders/variations.
• Preparation of contract Taking over certificate (TOC) and Performance certificate.
• Verification of contractor Insurance and guarantee compliance to terms and condition of contract.
• Prepares and maintains records of activity and status of contracts to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• Reviewing the notice periods defined under the contract and ensuring the contractor submits his all deliverables.

Managing quantity surveyor for Contracts Value range from: SAR 30 million to 250 million.

• Established and maintains cost control tracking on unit price contracts – monitoring the latest estimate-to-complete quantities/amount vs. contract quantities/amount and alerting management of any potential overruns well before occurrence.
• Reconciliation review and Approve Final contract account again actual as-built.
• Contractor claim assessment and recommendation concurrence to contract terms and standard practice.
• Review and approval of the Quantity take-off (MEP,Civil,Telecom-all discipline) of contractor for against condition of contract, method of measurement and scope of work. Review and approve Earth work quantity by using Civil 3D for general and roads.
• Monthly invoice review and certification against inspected/approved work done. Implementation of rules of credit or weightage % distribution for payment of Pay item as per the contract and agreed rules.
• Resolving Conflict which arise due to imprecise contract formation, drawing incompleteness and scope interpretation by analyzing contract document, standards practice and if required referring FIDIC clause to resolve the issue.
• Trending the IFC/asbuilt quantities and cost per Contract (BOQ), provide feedback to Cost supervisor regarding the saving/excess to budgeted amount.
• Contractor variation analysis, negotiation and recommendation by investigate the scope, specification and drawing to quantify impact on project.
• Site measure to verify the actual pay item installed (quantity) again submitted quantity for approval. 
• Attained and completed schedule ParsonsU courses and all SOP of CMAA.
