• Operate and maintain a wide range of high-fidelity and mid-fidelity simulators — including SimMan, SimMom, SimBaby, Noelle Birthing Simulator, LapSim, AngioMentor, Arthroscopy Simulator, and Eye Simulator (VRT/CAT) — supporting both undergraduate and postgraduate clinical training programs.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance (PM/PPM), functional checks, and pre-session inspections to ensure all simulation equipment is fully operational before every training activity.
• Prepare simulation rooms, configure training scenarios, and assist faculty during clinical workshops, practical sessions, and competency examinations.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions promptly during live sessions, minimizing disruption to academic activities and ensuring continuity of training.
• Coordinate closely with clinicians, instructors, and IT/technical teams to ensure correct equipment usage, safety compliance, and smooth session delivery.

Simulation Intern at Centre for Innovation in Medical Education (CIME) – Aga Khan University Hospital (2022-11 – 2023-11)

• Supported day-to-day operations of a large, multi-disciplinary simulation centre, managing simulators across all fidelity levels for clinical education and hands-on skills training.
• Gained practical experience with advanced simulation platforms including SimMan, Eyesi Surgical Simulator, LapSim, AngioMentor, Super TORY, Victoria Birthing Simulator, Ultrasound Mentor, ArthroS, and Sirona Dental Simulator Chair.
• Set up and maintained task trainers covering airway management, IV access, CPR, trauma care, ultrasound-guided procedures, laparoscopic surgery, ophthalmology, arthroscopy, and dental simulation.
