• Performed correct phlebotomy procedure and samples collection of all ages, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Performed CBC, ESR, coagulation (PT, aPTT, INR), peripheral blood smears staining and malaria analysis.
• Performed ABO/Rh typing, Ab screening, component separation, and compatibility testing for transfusions.
