• Sixteen years in an intermediate management position that focuses on the following: re-measurement, subcontract procurement, subcontract management (variation, valuation, and payment), assisting with main contract variation preparation, assisting with employer payment application, assisting with cost revenue forecasting preparation, assisting with monthly project reporting preparation, assisting with review comments and closeout.
• MEP budget cost estimation in terms of the analysis of profit earned value in the management system. Valuing completed work and arranging payments, providing advice on contractual claims, allocating works of subcontractors, and coordinating with the procurement department for materials quantity and specification. Track any variations to the contract that may affect the cost and create reports to show profitability.
• Focus and can work more hours if required to do tasks.
