(Design, Procurement, and Finance),

 Floating tender invitation to the subcontractors/suppliers, preparing cost comparative statement, and assisting in costing, pricing, and analysis.

 Review the variation claimed by subcontractors and make recommendations to PM after assessment.

 Carrying out joint inspection with PM and contractors for items that are to be re-measured after completion of the fit-out works.

 Reviewing of Interim and Final payment application of consultant/contractor/suppliers and preparing the payment certificates.

 Maintaining cost trend analysis of each year and providing inputs in

Capex estimation of upcoming stores.

Project: Retail - Panchshil Yoo Villas & Panchshil Tower, Pune

 Setting out the work at the site in accordance with drawings and specifications provided by the Client.

 Preparation of BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) as per the drawings and requirements at site.

 Conducting daily inspections for compliance and site safety. Daily site execution reporting to concerned. Manage and supervise onsite manpower.
